The API integrations we have with our clients enable us to give real time activity and results and each client has customed integrations to meet the requirements of that business. We are a pure B2B platform offering solutions on scale.

Beehiive is completely web-based platform. Nothing to install on your computers, iPhone, smartphone or tablet, no new hardware is required.  It doesn’t matter if you use Windows, Mac, Linux, or Unix.  All you need is a broadband internet connection and web-browser.

Beehiive software is fully featured.  This allows us to provide Service Partners with simple, innovative and intuitive features not previously possible in a web-based application.
We use Beehiive to share data with retailers, manufacturers, factories and end-customers as required. Beehiive is designed to allow us to receive work orders directly from clients via a custom store portal, email or via API process direct into our system. Our system is designed to “connect” to corporate priority systems and can be programmed to push and pull information.

Our clients have an open view of all open or closed cases. Reporting is available at any time from the historical and live data. One login provides view of all works in a live environment filtered by numerous fields from multi-country view to one type of product in a specific town or territory. Beehiive simplifies the process of managing high volumes of service cases. Beehiive records and tracks the lifecycle of all service cases against performance KPI's prompting managers to act on non-compliant timelines.
Beehiive is Australian owned and developed software. Our team of software developers are available to customise and integrate to client's requirements and systems with simple, innovative and intuitive features in a web-based application.
Our systems and infrastructure are penetration tested frequently to minimise any risk of a potential security and data breach. Analytics from penetration testing are triaged and presented with information about severity and how to replicate the web, mobile or cloud application vulnerability. Our team ensure continual remediation efforts of our platform maximise security our client data — something you can’t get with traditional application security tools.
